KSS Immersion Preschool of Albany

At KSS I discovered a place for my daughter to grow up in a culturally rich environment, and where my first language "Spanish" is appreciated as something important and valuable in raising children. My daughter already graduated from KSS, but the teachings and good memories continue in our family. Whenever I have the opportunity I mention the great experience we had in this beautiful community. The staff, teachers and families that make up KSS ensure that our children keep beautiful feelings of their first years.

KSS Immersion Preschool of Walnut Creek

We are very satisfied with our children's experiences at KSS-Walnut Creek! As parents, finding the right daycare for our kids was a top priority, especially one that would nurture their language skills. The exceptional teachers are at the heart of this school. From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt like we were part of a warm, welcoming family. The maestras here are nothing short of amazing. They go above and beyond to build caring relationships with every child. What sets this daycare apart is their commitment to immersion learning. The teachers are native Spanish speakers and it's truly remarkable to see how the children here are not only picking up a new language but also thriving in it. They've created a safe and nurturing environment where our kids feels comfortable expressing themselves in both English and Spanish.

KSS Immersion Preschool of Montclair

KSS Montclair is a wonderful school and program for young children. The school itself is run by a very caring Director along with all the Maestras (Teachers). I have enrolled two of my boys in this school starting at the age of 2. They moved through all 4 classes, and graduated from KSS. My older son went on to Kindergarten and my younger son is still here with KSS. It's hard to put into words, but these children are so loved day in and day out. The teachers here are more than just teachers. They are nurturing, loving, fully invested in each of the children's needs. My son comes home singing songs from school, sharing stories, telling me all about their projects, and speaking Spanish! When I bring my older son to pick up all the teachers still know him, and say hello. There is so much continuity from family to family. The whole campus is truly putting their heart and soul into their work.

KSS Immersion School of Oakland Montclair

Overall this school is excellent. From the principal Solange to all of the Maestra's there. Somehow Solange is able to remember all the kids and their parents by name which is really incredible since it's not a small school. The Maestra's do a good job with teaching and caring for the kids. My son comes home speaking so much Spanish it's hard for me to keep up with him now. They have lots of curriculum which is constantly improving the kids new vocabulary and phrases. Lots of activities which encourages the kids to be social. At the end of the week we get weekly updates of the kids of what they learned and have been up to which includes plenty of photos, the curriculum of the week and weekly new vocabulary words to practice at home with your kids. The Maestra's are also teaching the children plenty of songs in Spanish, teaching the kids about and celebrating lots of Spanish holidays form different countries. The kids participate in lots of performances throughout the year which are always fun to watch. It's a strong family environment with the school and outside of it. The parents of the kids are very involved and host activities throughout the year so the kids and parents can interact outside of school. I'd highly recommend this school for your child if you want them coming home speaking a new language and have fun learning it.

KSS Immersion Preschool of Walnut Creek

I am SO, SO happy with the school. My daughter is in the 2's class and her teacher is so incredibly warm and loving. I am a middle school teacher myself, and I have experience teaching 2nd grade, 4th/5th and 6th grade and I can tell you that I am confident we made the best decision. Plus, everywhere we go, all we hear is positive feedback from other parents who have also attended KSS or are currently attending.

We couldn't be happier with KSS! We have two boys at the school with one moving on to Kindergarten. The teachers have all been so loving, supportive, kind, and creative. Both our boys would run into school and get hugs from their teachers everyday. They both look forward to going and say they love school, this is all because of the fun, loving, and supportive environment that KSS works so hard to achieve.

KSS Immersion School of Oakland Montclair

I have found the KSS community support, education, and the administration to be completely amazing. We came into KSS knowing no one from Oakland and with very little Spanish. We left with lifetime friends and a foundation of language we are forever changed by.

KSS Immersion Preschool of Walnut Creek

Teachers here are loving, patient and very positive towards the kids. Each child is different and I feel like the staff here pays attention to how each child learns or behaves and find ways to encourage the child to experience new things and explore. The fact that this is a Spanish immersion school is a nice bonus, but it's the staff here that stands out for me.

KSS Immersion Preschool of Walnut Creek

Our daughter has been attending KSS for 2-3 years now and this school is absolutely amazing! All the teachers are caring, loving, and truly have a passion for what they do. It's like a family! My daughter knew no Spanish prior to coming to this school and we do not speak Spanish at home, however, she can hold a conversation with the teachers now. I highly recommend this school!

CELEBRATING OVER 20 YEARS!

Combining a quality early childhood education with a Spanish immersion program gives our students a leg up in their education and their lives. For parents who value multilingualism – beginning their child's formal learning with an immersion preschool is a natural fit. During this time, children’s brains are hard-wired for language learning and pick it up naturally. Bilingual children expand their awareness of the world and gain significant cognitive benefits. For students from Spanish-speaking homes, a Spanish-immersion education helps keep the family’s cultural heritage alive. There are many benefits of multilingualism and we are proud to support our students on their journey.
