Born and raised in the heart of Los Angeles, Delia has devoted her career to the field of education. A recent graduate of the American Jewish University in Los Angeles, with a degree in Early Childhood Education, coupled with 15 years as an educational leader, Delia recognizes the importance of high-quality care and developmentally appropriate practices for our youngest learners. As an experienced director, she partners with her staff in supporting positive skills and guidance, including problem-solving, customer service, and professional development to ensure the highest quality language immersion preschool program.

Delia’s vast experiences provide her with a variety of perspectives from which she guides and serves, in order to improve and enhance every project in the program while demonstrating intelligence, humor, warmth, and concern in partnership with children in her care.

Delia is overjoyed to join the KSS Preschool team. In her spare time, she loves to read, listen to a variety of music and podcasts, and take her dog on adventures to the many dog-friendly places in the Bay Area.
